Y8 Entrance Criteria for September 2025
Each year we admit 156 pupils into Year 8. Pupils are admitted according to our Admissions Criteria and the admissions process is administered by the Transfer Office of the Education Authority. Our Admissions Criteria are renewed annually by our Board of Governors.
It is not possible to apply directly to the School for a place in Year 8.
We look forward to welcoming Primary pupils and parent/carers to our Open Night on Thursday 23rd January 2025 from 6.30pm to 9.00pm.
Post Primary Admissions September 2025
The Education Authority has confirmed the following timetable of key dates for Post Primary Admissions:
· Admissions criteria live on EA Website and School website – 5th December 2024
· Online Applications open – 28 January 2025 (12 noon)
· Online Applications close – 20 February 2025 (12 noon)
· Notification of outcome of Applications – Saturday 10th May 2025
