Rotary International Youth Leadership Competition success

Many congratulations to one of our Deputy Head Girls who will be travelling to the European Parliament in Strasbourg as a Youth Ambassador, following
her success in a Rotary International Youth Leadership competition.

She will represent our region over five days at debates and meetings at the EU Commission Office at Stormont, the EU office in Dublin, Trinity College
Dublin and Leinster House, before travelling on to participate in debates at the European Parliament at Strasbourg.

She is one of 24 young people from across Ireland chosen as Youth Ambassadors.34 local schools were invited to participate in the Youth Leadership
competition: 119 young people from 22 schools applied; 107 were interviewed; eight regional finalists were selected and she is one of three young
people recognised for their excellent leadership potential and ability who have been chosen to be Youth Ambassadors. A tremendous achievement!
We wish her well as she represents Coleraine Grammar School and young people from across the region and the island of Ireland at the European Parliament
in Strasbourg.
