On Friday 4th March Upper 6th Geographers travelled to Belfast for a “Paddy Campbell Black Cab” tour of the murals in the Shankill and Falls areas
of Belfast as part of their A2 Case study on Ethnic Diversity in Belfast. This visit covered the A2 topics of segregation, conflict, terrorism
and peace processes and students got the opportunity to see at first hand the impact of the “troubles” in Northern Ireland. They signed their names
on the Peace Wall and handled plastic bullets and were entertained throughout by our informative guides for the day.
