GCSE Results Day 2022

Coleraine Grammar pupils celebrated truly outstanding GCSE results on Thursday 25th August.

Overall, 92% of pupils achieved 7A*-C grades in full course GCSEs, which reflects the immense hard work and resilience of our pupils and staff throughout the last two years of disrupted learning and teaching.

Thirty-six pupils achieved at least 7A/A* grades in full course GCSE subjects, with eleven of them achieving at least 5A* or above. Three pupils achieved A*s in all ten of their full course subjects.

Many other pupils also achieved admirable grades, which allows them to progress to the next stage in their education.

Headmaster, Dr D. Carruthers commented, “I am absolutely delighted with these excellent results and wish to congratulate all our year 12 pupils who have worked so diligently and the staff and parents who supported them. We are very proud of their achievements and look forward to welcoming many pupils back to school in September.”
